Illawarra St, Mosman
This exquisite waterfront property was designed by one of Australia's prominent architects. Now over 20 years old, it was time to update the living areas and repair/ replace the facade and roofing components. Extensive facade work including roofing, rendering, structural steel treatment, timber cladding, adjustable aluminum louvres, new kitchen, balconies including dedicated BBQ area, internal steel glazed doors, aluminium windows, internal microcement finishes, high end joinery throughout as well as plastering, internal and external painting and structural landscaping to complete this project.

Prince Albert St, Mosman
'HADLEIGH' a c1908 heritage home in Mosman. This project entailed the restoring of original heritage components such as ornate timber trims, flooring and plaster work. We replaced the kitchen, butler's pantry, laundry, bathrooms, bedroom joinery, over 120m2 of tesselated tile balconies, powdercoated aluminium balustrades, tile and copper roofing and guttering, custom stained glass timber windows and doors throughout and created some new entertaining zones, like our favourite - the rustic recycled timber barbecue area and a one-of-a-kind sandstone firepit. We also dealt with damp issues by installing extensive sub floor drainage and ventilation. The project was finished off with some structural landscaping components, along with horticultural design and implementation.

Noble St, Mosman
This project required a heritage restoration to the facade and a high-end architectural renovation and extension of this beautiful Mosman home. The final renovation offered the comfort and convenience of modern living while retaining the period charm of high ornate ceilings and detailed timber fretwork. Middle Head Road, Mosman
This project entailed a significant structural renovation (including additional story) of this residential property at Middle Head Road, Mosman. The project included: Φ Restoration of the heritage-like facade in keeping with the era. Φ The rear of the dwelling was modernised and opened up to allow breath taking water views into the state of the art kitchen, main living area and rear entertaining deck. Φ Abstract steel carport with electronic access. Φ Inground pool and structural landscaping. Φ Custom steel fencing. Φ Nominated for Mosman Design Awards.

Bennelong Rd, Cremorne
The Golden Ratio team have recently completed the structural renovation of a 1930's block of 4x 2 bedroom units in Cremorne. The dilapidated building required complex remedial work followed by extensive renovations including bathrooms, kitchens plus the removal of internal fire stairs to allow for new internal laundries. The project also required a rear extension of the units to gain valuable floor space overlooking Willoughby Bay, a complete roof replacement and an update of all electric, plumbing and fire systems to satisfy compliance with relevant codes and standards.
