This exquisite waterfront property was designed by one of Australia's prominent architects. Now over 20 years old, it was time to update the living areas and repair/ replace the facade and roofing components. Extensive facade work including roofing, rendering, structural steel treatment, timber cladding, adjustable aluminum louvres, new kitchen, balconies including dedicated BBQ area, internal steel glazed doors, aluminium windows, internal microcement finishes, high end joinery throughout as well as plastering, internal and external painting and structural landscaping to complete this project.
