The Golden Ratio was referred to this client on the back of successfully remediating another architecturally built home. We were called in to diagnose and rectify multiple issues, including both roof and bathroom leaks and general detail issues often associated with these high end architecturally built homes. Along with the remedial components, we also completed some minor internal renovations from initial design to the final touch upon completion.
